Jake and I give our thoughts on every first-round game in all four classes in our latest podcast. We talk about possible pitching matchups, who we like, and why we like who we like. (That’s a tough sentence to get through…)
Also, if you hang in there through the podcast we each issue our championship predictions. Here’s a hint: Jake picked two teams from Orange County, so he’s already half-wrong.

Everyone might as well get the tarp on the fields now because tomorrow will be a wash out. IT is supposed to be horrible all day, storms and possible tornado’s. Section 1 should force the schools to pre-emptively cancel tomorrows contests and play on Sunday. It would be a real shame to play all season, and then have anyone use bad judgement and play a playoff game in terrible weather.
However, weather people have been known to be wrong, but they seem pretty certain about this.
You guys have to stop letting parents bash coaches on these blog sites. Same thing with the basketball blogs. Its uncalled for.
Heard Jimmy Brennen got player of the year any truth to that.
As bad as it is on baseball blogs, it is nothing compared to the hockey blogs. So much bad blood on those.
Nice podcast. It’s great you took the time to go through each game rather than simply blabbing about the #1 seeds.
