La Salle was classless. I hope they read this blog to see the comments. But more importantly, I hope they enjoyed the long ride home. That was a very sweet win. Way to go boys.

IS it true that the fine people from the Catholic High School at LaSalle were screaming and yelling at Hagan that he was going to choke? Nice, I always find it funny that the teams with the least amount of class are the hoity toity uppercrust snobs from private schools.

Congratulations to all three of our Section 1 teams. What a great day in Binghamton !!!!!!
The kennedy boys were great and the 5 who came to the school because of Coach Mike all reached out. Coach Fletcher did a nice job managing a solid group of players who hope to give it another run next year. What a great send off to the Seniors, Tatnell, Will Smith and Jon Humphrey. Memories that will last a life time and quiet all the negative folks who just can't stand seeing some kids do well.
This is no time to compare teams, stats or anything else. Just say congratulations and can I see your ring when you get it.
Again, CONGRATULATIONS to Mamaroneck, Kennedy and Keio. I'll shake your hands.

CONGRATS to all 3teams. Special day for section 1.

just a few facts about keio, they're just ordinary high school students who most happens to be Japanese(there are some americans too). Keio Univ. happens to be one of the most pretigious univ. in Japan (compares to Ivey leagues here) and going to high school here gets them a recommendation to the univ. They practice hard but they work just as hard in the classrooms as they do on the field.

I can understand some people get misperceptions from their unique background, but please dont degrade their victory. They deserve this special moment as much as the mamk and kennedy teams. As we all know as former athletes, winning never comes easy. takes huge time and devotion. Great work to all!

Great job Massapequa and LaSalle! They really played their hearts out today and were rewarded beyond their wildest dreams. It ought to be a disney movie:

A gritty, underdog team, which has a dream... a dream that they can come within a couple runs of the most dominant team in New York State. Truly inspiring.
